Dreams
| The Book of Dream
is also called the Pillow Book by many authors. Regardless of
what many people say, we all dream at night. Sometimes these
dreams become so vivid that either you wake from your dream
thinking it was real or you can still remember your dream in the
morning. Keep your own Book of Dreams always close to your bed
so you can write your dreams as soon as you wake up. In it, you
will write your dreams in as much details as you can remember
them, including your feelings towards them. Do not try to
analyze your dreams right away. That is not necessary. After a
while you can come back and go over your dream. Add your new
impressions to it. Trust me, it will shed a well of information.
